@rek what are styling with, markdown?
@binarycat I had a blind developer user when I was employed as local IT support for a company. I had to reinstall the company's Linux image on his computer, so he had to show me everything he needed installed and I found it really interesting, and he was kind enough to answer my questions about it too. He also had one of the coolest devices I've seen a braille display that outputted TTY or terminal display so he could read it and code.

@neauoire ok I'll speak to the Galiano folks, you should also drop a line with, https://www.activepassive.ca/ folks. The dance party is the night before this event, which is the more an arty after party ambient to chill to down tempo event. You should definitely do set with active-passive they also pay monesies. While the party on the beach is DJs thumping and informal.
As for live coding, I asked at the end of last the year if they are are doing public events and the answer was no.
@neauoire Aug in Galiano for sure. My friend JenK will throw a party. What are your sailing plans?
@neauoire congratulations, we all need a little bit more rabbits in our day.
We spoke with the FSF, and we found an arrangement so we could have access to a somewhat reliable internet connection for the event, and so we'll be happy to give a keynote at the upcoming LibrePlanet, March 19 and 20!

Hello Live Platform peeps and hello to the Fediverse! I was brought here by @furiousgreencloud , and I'm new here so here is my #introduction :^>
I'm learning all around me right now!! I'm studying film and screen art at uni but I'm mostly taking classes in things that pluck my interest: coding, electronics, analogue film+photo and media culture/history courses.
I love cooking & biking around.
Also, I LUV doing little animations :D just for fun and sometimes for people's projects
@neauoire solid gruve
Pushed a new version of #orca that's only 9kb, fixed a lot little annoyances. Should run a bit better on slower devices too.

@neauoire can we rename H to hold, rather that halt, since that's what it does, and halt is also used to describe comments (#). Halt is also usually used to describe halting the execution as in the halting problem. #nitpicking. #orca #uxn. Or am I missing something.
Been working my way though Orcas examples folder. #theStudio
Excited to read more .orca s like yours and others on YouTube.

@prehensile I'm going through this process slowly, keeping my Nexus 5 (released 2013) running. As each Google app becomes too bloated and the ones in rom stop working: Signal has replaced messages. Lynx Launcher has replaced Google Now launcher. Replaced battery once, still running smoothly...
@AgathaSorceress I'll file that one, in my head next to the "negative latency' of Google Stadia (RIP).
