Doing all sorts of improvements to Orca. I'll add the operators manual on launch like on the Electron version to the Uxn version soon.

@neauoire can we rename H to hold, rather that halt, since that's what it does, and halt is also used to describe comments (#). Halt is also usually used to describe halting the execution as in the halting problem. #nitpicking. #orca #uxn. Or am I missing something.
