Carefully carefully placed in the world after capturing the scene with a pretty shitty webcam. Dana told me a story about each element while they drew, most from different memories/thoughts. see the coyote behind the rock? that's dana.

Hands of water - at once scary and at once pure comfort, and the trillium forest from her childhood. Placed in Renfrew Ravine.

a response/wish from a neighbour.

What makes and creates a safe place to exist in is ever changing, always so specific to each person, and often found in ones memories or in ones fantasies.

Leaving crumbs for you all where you walk...
What have I been up to?

Here's a conversation between me and Myles, questions stemming from their participation in the project 'cityscape/Visit to where you are', and by the end going into how they're navigating their music practice, specifically within their current context of being a student in an art school.

‘Visit to where You are’ is a one-on-one interaction involving intimate conversation and storytelling, through drawing and reincarnation in digital space.

Within the frameworks of this project, Brady <@furiousgreencloud > told me about Devil's Peak. We spent time exploring the surroundings and depths of this place through her drawings and oral stories. We then re-contextualized the drawing in virtual space, where she placed Devil's Peak along the other mountains of the cityscape world.

This was on Friday January 13th. I drew this / thought this in the library, which is also a considerably good place to be. Maybe I’ll draw that another day.

Waking up at home. On a rainy morning, all of us awake. There’s loudness and some quietness in different peoples mood ~ some people are leaving this morning and some are staying in.

This is a CALLOUT to you - read on

Think of a space where you feel/felt empowered, safe, and capable. This place could currently exist, exist in a memory, or exist in the future (a dream).
Think of this place and draw it. Take your time, or draw very fast (jot it down). Draw more than one if you'd like.
Feel free to record a song or audio clip instead or as well - stories, songs and sounds can be safe spaces too.
Post your drawings and/or audio with
Let's build a city of our own~

Hello Live Platform peeps and hello to the Fediverse! I was brought here by @furiousgreencloud , and I'm new here so here is my :^>

I'm learning all around me right now!! I'm studying film and screen art at uni but I'm mostly taking classes in things that pluck my interest: coding, electronics, analogue film+photo and media culture/history courses.

I love cooking & biking around.

Also, I LUV doing little animations :D just for fun and sometimes for people's projects
